Theresa N. Herbick

OGDENSBURG-Funeral services for Theresa N. Herbick, 85, of Ogdensburg will be private.  Mrs. Herbick died early Thursday morning, November 2, 2017 at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.

Arrangements are under the direction of LaRue & Pitcher Funeral Home.

Theresa N. Herbick was born on October 08, 1932 in Brasher Falls, NY.  She was the daughter of the late George E. and Hazel (Harwood) Webb.  She was a graduate of Franklin Academy in Malone.  On May 21, 1955 she married Joseph F. Herbick at Notre Dame Church in Malone.  Joseph died on November 27, 2011.   Theresa worked as a Registered Nurse at Claxton-Hepburn Hospital in the Obstetrician Unit for 40 years.   She was an avid gardener of flowers and vegetables, she enjoyed crossword puzzles and reading.  She was very fond of animals especially her dog “Minnie”.    Most of all she loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her children; Joseph W. Herbick of Arizona, Timothy J. Herbick and his wife Jasmin of Ogdensburg, Thomas J. Herbick and his wife Robin of Vermont, Julie Arduine and her husband Tim of Lisbon and Kathy Herbick and her companion Robert of Hammond and Ann Loffler and her husband Gregory of Ogdensburg.  She is survived by two brothers; Charles Webb and his wife Mildred of Malone an Richard Webb and his wife Marge of Malone.    Fourteen grandchildren survive her;  Sierra, Samantha, Logan Natalie, Lucas, Zachary and Michael Herbick and Katie Arduine-Smith, Alex Arduine, Erin and Emily Livingston, April, Joseph and Andrew Loffler.   Many nieces, nephews and cousins also survive her.

Timmy, I am so sorry for your loss, your mom, she was a wonderful woman and a fantastic nurse. She and my mom worked together many years ago, and my mom loved her.
