Roger C. Parker

LISBON-A celebration of life for Roger C. Parker, 66, of Lisbon will be held on Saturday, April 14th from 1:00 pm -4:00 pm at Char’s Bar in Morley, NY with a tribute to Roger at 1:00 pm.   Mr. Parker died on April 4, 2018 at Claxton Hepburn Medical Center.

Arrangements are under the direction of LaRue & Pitcher Funeral Home, Ogdensburg.  In keeping with Roger’s wishes, there will be no calling hours.

Roger C. Parker was born on May 20, 1951 in Potsdam, NY.  He was the son of the late Kenneth F. and Irene (Ashlaw) Parker.  On August 1, 1970 he married Ethel Gilbert in Colton.   Roger worked as a self-employed farmer his entire life.  He operated the Parker Family Farm in Lisbon.  He loved to hunt and was a member of the Palmer’s Sportsman Club.

He is survived by his children; Walter K. Parker and his wife Lori of Hopkinton, Buddy Parker and his wife Jennifer of Lisbon and Dusty Parker of South Colton.  He is survived by his grandchildren; Alison, Kenny, Madison and Levi Parker and his siblings; David Parker and his wife Jeanette of Potsdam, Peter Parker and his wife Debbie of Potsdam and Wynona Crump of Hopkinton.
