OGDENSBURG- Funeral services for Robert M. Brenno, 62, of Ogdensburg will be private.  Mr. Brenno died on Sunday, August 26, 2018, surrounded by his family at Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse.

Arrangements are under the direction of LaRue & Pitcher Funeral Home, Ogdensburg.

Robert M. Brenno was born on March 9, 1956, in Ogdensburg.  He was the son of Keith Warren and Mary (Mallette) Brenno.  He was a 1974 graduate of Ogdensburg Free Academy and went on to enlist in the United States Air Force until his honorable discharge in 1978.   He was employed as a Mechanic for the Massena Power Authority until his retirement in 2010.    He enjoyed any history pertaining to the City of Ogdensburg as he visited the Ogdensburg Public Library on a daily basis.  Robert enjoyed restoring old furniture and renovating houses.  He was a member of the Moose Lodge and AMVETS in Ogdensburg.  He had a very good friend Brenda Barr, who would bring him freshly baked pies, homemade food, and great conversation.

He is survived by his mother; Mary Brenno of Ogdensburg, his children; Jason and Travis Brenno of Ogdensburg and Michelle Brenno of Mississippi.   His brothers; Scott Brenno and his wife Joanna and Jerry Warren,  sisters; Teresa Brenno, Mary Ella Majetich, Teresa Sack and Hallie Warren Miller also survive him.   He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his father Keith Warren, his dad, Basil P. Brenno and his sister Heather Brenno Cross.
