Imogene D. Crosby

Imogene D. Crosby, 85, of Morristown, died on October 28, 2014 at Riverledge Health Care. There will be no services. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Imogene is survived by her husband, Lynn of 65 years, sons, Lee Alton and his wife Melanie Crosby of Tucson, Arizona, Gary Lynn and his wife Kimberly Crosby of Morristown, daughters, Imogene D. and her husband Ronald Hoerner of Massena, Nadine Avis King of Morristown, Denise L. and her husband Stephen Murray of Norwood, Frances A. Crosby Sprague of Watertown, a brother Delbert H. Morley of Rochester, sisters, Joan Vought of Gouverneur, Cheryl Carrig of Tucson, Arizona, 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her brothers, Lynn Morley and Leonard Morley, sisters, Louise Johnson, Virginia Boyd, and Avis Morley. Imogene was born on July 25, 1929 in Ogdensburg, the daughter of Leonard and Ruth Symonds Morley. Imogene married Lynn Crosby on December 7, 1949 at St. John's Episcopal Church in Ogdensburg, Reverend George Palmer officiating. She was a homemaker and a member of Christ Church of Morristown, Morristown Ladies Auxiliary and a past Boy Scout Leader for 10 years. Contributions can be made to the Morristown Volunteer Fire Department.
