Gina M. Dean

OGDENSBURG – Gina M. Dean, 54, of Pickering St., passed away on April 24, 2019 at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center, under the loving care of her family and St. Lawrence County Hospice.

Gina was born on February 28, 1965 in Dover, New Jersey, a daughter of the late Frank and Bonnie (Faulkner) Dean.  She attended Heuvelton Central School.  She was primarily a homemaker.

Gina was a self-proclaimed professional yard-saler and an amazing cook.  She loved artistry and crocheting.  She was known to be very selfless, always giving to others and striving to make people happy.  She was a social butterfly who deeply cherished her friends. 

She is survived by a long-term partner, Ed Degraw of Lowville; five children, Jerry (Marc) Dean of Canton; Ryan Finley of Ogdensburg; Melina Hisqueardo of Texas; Marissa Hisqueardo of Texas; and Cheyenne Farrell of Rochester; five siblings, Gwynnie Hayhurst of North Carolina; Sean Barber of Ogdensburg; Kathy Barbera of New Jersey; Lisa Dean of Florida; John Dean of Texas; and one grandson, Gage Dean of Canton. 

Calling hours will be held on Friday, April 26, 2019 from 4-6 PM at LaRue & Pitcher Funeral Home, 324 New York Avenue, Ogdensburg.  A funeral service will be held at the Funeral Home on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at 9:00am with Deacon Mark Lalone officiating.  Burial will immediately follow in Pinehill Cemetery.
