Debra A. Tibbles

Debra A. Tibbles, 56, of Ogdensburg, died, May 2, 2012, at her home, United Helpers Spruce Street ICF. The funeral service will be Saturday, May 5th, 10:00 am, at the funeral home, Reverend Father James Shurtleff officiating. Burial will be in the Martin Cemetery, Lisbon. Debra is survived by her brother Robert and his wife Elinor Rapin, Red Mills, her family at the ICF and her cousins. She was predeceased by her parents. She was born October 24, 1955 in Santa Monica, California, the daughter of Robert and Jeanette Lalone Tibbles. Debra loved to play basketball, watch television, especially the Young and the Restless, being read to, especially Clifford the Big Red Dog books, being outdoors, watching children in her neighborhood play, and drinking Pepsi, eating hamburgers, macaroni and cheese and ketchup. She felt like she was one of the staff rather than a resident at her home. Contributions can be made to the charity of one's choice.
