Beatrice J. Lytle

Heuvelton-Funeral services for Beatrice J. Lytle, 85, of Heuvelton will be held on Saturday July 9, 2016 at 2 p.m.at the LaRue & Pitcher Funeral Home, with Rev. Linda Foody, Pastor of the Heuvelton United Methodist Church officiating. Calling hours will be held from 12 p.m. until the time of the service.   Burial will follow the funeral service in Hillcrest Cemetery, Heuvelton.

 

Mrs. Lytle died Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at her home surrounded by her loving family and under the care of Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley.

 

Arrangements are under the direction of LaRue & Pitcher Funeral Home, Ogdensburg.

 

Beatrice J. Lytle was born on July 4, 1931 in Oswegatchie, NY. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Martha (Daniels) Paro.   On November 17, 1950 she married Robert Lytle.  Mr. Lytle passed away on May 15, 1997.   She was a farmer for her whole adult life, working the family farm on the Cline Road in Heuvelton.  Beatrice enjoyed music, dancing, snowmobiling and playing cards.

 

 

She is survived by her sons Robert Lytle and his wife Sherry of Heuvelton and William Lytle of Heuvelton.  She is survived by her daughter Catherine Jean Lytle of Heuvelton.  She is survived by two brothers; Robert Paro and his wife Edna of Richville and Ronald Paro and his wife Paula of Ogdensburg.  She is also survived by two sisters; Barbara Burns and her husband Donald of Ogdensburg and Beverly Becker and her husband Gus of Ogdensburg and her sister-in-law Phyllis Paro of Ogdensburg. She is survived by nine grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, one great great grandchild  and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

 

She was predeceased by her brother Bradford Paro who passed away in 1997.
