Andrew W. Carter

Andrew W. Carter, 31, of Tupper Lake, died on July 9, 2015 at the Adirondack Medical Center. Services will be at a later date. Andrew is survived by his parents James D. and Lucille M. White Carter of Ogdensburg, several aunts, uncles and cousins. Andrew was born on August 22, 1983 in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Andrew loved playing with his pets, Napoleon, Murdock, Pop and Girl, watching television, especially Double Dare and sports, he was fan of the Jets football team. Contributions can be made to the SPCA.
